When prompted select Run, then follow instructions below.

Hit Run when presented with Internet Explorer Security warning.

Hit Next to start Logmein Installation.

Select Typical option under Software Options.

Type in your computer's name in Description filed. Try to keep it short. Be sure that you tell the Computer Name to the technician so that he/she can easily identify your computer.

In the “Computer Access Code” dialog box, be sure to type in code provided by technician. If you use Computer Access Code of your choice please remember it. The technician will need this information to access your computer remotely.

In the “LogMeIn Account Details” dialog box you will enter the email address and password supplied by the Technician. Now you’re ready to go!

Select default folder for Logmein installation (unless you prefer to install it in a different directory) then hit Next.

Hit Finish after setup has completed installation.

You should see a new icon for Logmein in your system tray.

Now, relax and sit back. You are about to get help! Our technician will be able to fix or guide you through any problems.
Once the support call is complete, if you prefer, you can disable Logmein software on your own computer or even uninstall it, though you may want to leave it installed for future use.
